Bend & Restore was created by two moms and experienced athletic trainers, Rebecca Shomo and Kyndle Padgett, with over 20 years combined in performance, recovery, and corrective exercise. We saw a gap — athletes pushing through pain, moms living with stiffness, and professionals drained from long hours at a desk, all without a recovery strategy. That’s where we come in. At Bend & Restore, we specialize in stretch therapy, self-myofascial release, and corrective movement designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent injury.
