Service Description
Our 30-minute, professionally led self-stretch class with Rebecca and Kyndle take a full-body approach to recovery and mobility. Designed to support flexibility, decrease stiffness and soreness, improve posture, and expand range of motion, these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to move and feel better. Guided by our stretch professionals in a group setting, you’ll be coached through each stretch with proper form and technique. You’ll leave feeling looser, more mobile, and fully restored. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfy stretchy clothes for the best outcomes

Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments and stretch sessions — whether 1:1 Assisted Stretch or Guided Group Classes — are conducted under the care of a certified stretch professional. Booking & Attendance Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. Group sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may join but will not receive additional time. 1:1 sessions require punctuality to maximize your experience and results. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the session. At this time, no refunds are offered for missed or canceled / no show appointments. What to Bring Please wear stretchy, breathable, and loose-fitting clothing to allow for full range of motion. Bring a water bottle and towel for your comfort and hydration during the session.
